( a little more about me )

  • enneagram 7️⃣

I’m an Enneagram 7, which is the enthusiast. I enjoy reveling in the multidimensionality of people, harnessing enthusiasm and curiosity into compelling experiences, and seeking to make the ordinary extraordinary in everything I do.

    01/05

  • astrology ☀️ 🌙 ⬆️

I’m a Libra sun ☀️, which is an air sign known for their love of relationships and the arts, and an Aries moon 🌙 and Aries rising ⬆️, which is a fire sign known for spicy charm and a quickstart personality. I bring warmth, care, and personality to my interaction with all of my clients and deeply enjoy leaning into the collective muse together (whether with plants, people, or the arts) to inspire the momentous in the mundane.

  • holistic ✨ + scientific 🔬

I know the science. Most people think that if you study herbalism, you are only looking at energetic or magical properties. And, while I do value and turn to these wise maps to guide how I work with plants, what most people don't realize is that I have also spent thousands of hours (literally, thousands) reading scientific research and studying the biochemistry and physiology associated with herbalism, nutrition, and various health conditions, and I love to share health perspectives with folks that blend the best of all these knowledge bases.

    03/05

  • beverage of choice ☕

I love chai - I’m pretty sure warm-spiced beverages are my love language. Plot twist - I’m super allergic to cloves, so these days I only make chai at home. You’ll find me curled up on the couch most weekends with a chai in one hand while whittling away the hours binging Netflix, podcasts, or a new book.

    04/05

  • song on repeat 📻

I’m a little obsessive. Example: I have a frustrating (for anyone within earshot) habit of listening to my current favorite song on repeat (see: circa 2018 - ‘Sweater Weather’ by The Neighborhood over 100 times). This obsessive enthusiasm, though, I shower on everything I am working on - whether it is learning what will support you the most or how to make wellness more engaging - I’ll joyfully obsess until I make whatever it is playful, approachable, friendly, smart, and eclectic…just for you.

Dirt & Bones’ Guiding Philosophies

  • We illuminate new perspectives with kind, humble humor, choosing soft-serve as the way we dish up scoops of real-real. We don't shy away from hard topics in our quest to seek new truths or reveal even edgy opinions, but in this process, we honor difference with respectful, uplifting humor.

  • We use the tenets of play to approach our work -surprise, delight, adventure. If there is a more fun way to learn it, to say it, something stranger, sillier, lovelier, or more charming, that’s how we do it.

  • We revel in range and multi-dimensionality, the ability to stretch into our full selves, and we invite and celebrate that in others.

  • We identify the capabilities and competencies in ourselves and others and draw attention to them, celebrate them, and amplify them.

  • We work with the flow of humanness, how we operate, how you operate. This means attending to the little things that make what we do for you not just accessible for you, but in alignment with how you move through the world.

  • We encourage messy brilliance. To us, messy brilliance is bringing intention to what we do, but not being afraid to be imperfect in the process to get something done or to get the message across...in service of living more fully.
